The Trial Fonts are to be used for evaluation and mock-up designs only. This is your chance to test our Fonts before licensing the full versions. All Trial Fonts have a limited character set and do not include OpenType features.

Trial Fonts End User License Agreement
1. Purpose of this agreement
The Terms of this End User Licence Agreement (Agreement) will apply between Secretonix Lda (Feliciano Type) trading as Feliciano Type (Feliciano Type) and You (You, Your, Yours) if You download the Feliciano Type Trial Font Software (Trial Fonts).
2. Permitted Uses
The Trial Fonts may be used within Your organisation exclusively. You may use the Test Fonts to create test digital visualisations and mock-ups for presentation within Your company. You may present the Test Fonts through printed materials, on the web or in mobile applications. You may install the Trial Fonts on as many devices within Your organisation as required. You may use the Trial Fonts to deliver presentations to Your clients. The use of Trial Fonts is unlimited in time, You may use the Trial Fonts for as long as is required to decide on whether You will purchase the full license.
The use of Trial Fonts is forbidden for any work with commercial purposes. Including, but is not limited to, any customer presentations of the Trial Fonts in the usual course of Your business, any commissions or any sort of sales which include use of the Trial Fonts.
You must not distribute the Trial Fonts to any third parties external to Your organisation. If You are entering into this Agreement on behalf of Your company, You must ensure Your company complies with this Agreement. You must not modify, adapt, change the format, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, alter or otherwise attempt to access the source code of the Trial Fonts or the designs embodied therein.
3. Commercial Use
If You intent to use the Trial Fonts for any sort of commercial purpose, You must contact Feliciano Type to purchase an appropriate license and get access for the fonts in its full version.
4. Rights Reserved
You expressly acknowledge that the Font Software of Trial Fonts, the designs embodied therein, the trade names and/or trademarks and copyrights associated therewith are each the exclusive property of Feliciano Type and that Feliciano Type has all the necessary rights and titles to license the Fonts to You. All rights not expressly granted under this licence are reserved to Feliciano Type.
You agree that the Trial Fonts and the design of the Trial Fonts embodied therein are owned by Feliciano Type and the Fonts’ structure, organisation and code are the valuable trade secrets of Feliciano Type. You acknowledge that the Trial Fonts are, among other means, protected under Portugal trademark and/or copyright law, by the trademark and/or copyright and design laws of other nations, and by international treaties.
5. Termination
Any breach of the terms of this Agreement shall be cause for immediate termination without the obligation of notice or opportunity to cure. Feliciano Type shall be entitled to seek any and all remedies under law or equity, without limitation, including injunctive relief without the obligation of posting security or bond. You agree to immediately discontinue using and delete the Trial Fonts and certify that no copy remains in Your possession or control.
6. Disputes
Any dispute or difference arising out of or in connection with this Agreement will be referred to and resolved if required by arbitration in Portugal in accordance with Portugal laws.
7. Jurisdiction
You agree that this Agreement between Feliciano Type and You was formed in Lisbon, Portugal, and any cause of action arising from it arises in Lisbon, Portugal and will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Portugal and within the exclusive jurisdiction of the Portugal courts.
Feliciano Type reserves the right to amend or modify this Agreement at any time and without prior notification. Any modifications will preserve the original permitted uses of this Agreement. Modifications may account for changes in technology that would otherwise impair or render obsolete provisions in this Agreement. Modifications shall not be applied retroactively, and any originally intended use cases will not be void as a result of any modifications. Feliciano Type will make such amended terms available at www.felicianotype.com. If You do not agree to the modified terms, your continued use of the Desktop Fonts could be in breach of the Agreement.
This Agreement embodies the entire understanding between Feliciano Type and You and supersedes all prior arrangements or understandings. If an applicable Court declares any part of it to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
